The International High School Journal of Research is a free open-access journal devoted to the publishing and review of high school research on the sciences, humanities, and social sciences across the globe.
Mission
There is a huge barrier between research and publishing.

There are predatory journals, high submission and publication fees, lack of proper peer review, and many unethical decisions made when it comes to publishing research.
​
And these issues are even more commonplace for high schoolers who want to contribute their knowledge and research to the world.
​
The International High School Journal of Research (IHSJR) strives to increase student involvement in the research by offering a platform for the next generation to explore their interests and gain valuable feedback from professionals in the field for free.
​
Unlike many other journals, the IHSJR believes in the importance of literature reviews and other forms of research, in addition to more technical research involving the scientific method, so we accept all types of research for submission and publication.
How It Works:
By submitting your research to the IHSJR, you are contributing to the world of research.
​
After you submit your research, your submission goes through a group of peer-reviewers. They look at your grammar and general syntax to make sure your work sounds cohesive and professional. After peer-review, you will be notified of your feedback.
​
Upon completing any corrections based on the feedback, we connect your work with a professional in the field of your research. They look over your work to ensure that what you say is factually correct and that you are not promoting incorrect research or ideologies through your work. You then receive a second set of feedback.
​
After you complete all of your revisions, your work is sent to the editorial team for formatting corrections.
​
You take a final look at the finished product and then if you are satisfied, we publish it for the world to see!

We will never steal, alter, or otherwise mess with your research. What the IHSJR does is welcome you to the innovative world of research by giving you feedback, connecting you with professionals, and publishing your work.
